We currently ship orders only within India.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders above a specified value, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

MEROVO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with our courier partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
